CONFIDENTIALITY:
The ideas contained in this proposal are submitted to you in strict
confidence. They are not to be disclosed
to others, or be used by you, without the express written consent of 3-generations.com. 3-generations.com
agrees to not solicit other parties involved at this event. Inquires made by other parties will be
handled professionally and ethically, and in a manner that has been mutually
agreed upon by both parties.
LICENSE: All wholesalers must have
resellers number and a copy is required from 3-generations.com to keep it on
your file.
PAYMENT:
It is the policy of 3-generations.com
to require a deposit of 50% of the amount of the contract to confirm the date
of the event or at least 30 days prior
to the event date. Events requiring
new custom made items will require a minimum deposit of 75% of the amount of
the contract. A valid credit card (Visa, Visa, and Amex) is required for
security deposit. The balance is due and payable upon delivered, pick-up or the completion of the setup of the
event. All additions and deletions will
be handled separately.
CONDITIONS:
All merchandise remain the property of 3-generations.com. Items
lost, damaged (Any kind of Wax, Holes, Graffiti, Ink, Gum, Rips, excessive of
non washable stains), or stolen will be billed at replacement cost and it will
be charge to credit card on file. Full replacement cost will be charge to make
sure that we make substitutions to assure the highest quality possible.
3-generations.com agrees to provide to the best of its
ability all arrangements contracted for, but is not liable for any delays or
changes caused by color variation due to dry lot differences, lost, late or
misdirected deliveries due to freight carriers errors, quarantine, weather, war,
or other unforeseen circumstances, including acts of God. In all cases, 3-generations.com will not be liable for more than the agreed upon
rental amount.
All
sales are final no transfers or store credit. Once merchandise leaves our
warehouse the sale is concluded.
LATE
RETURNS: 3-generations.com has a high quantity of daily rentals
and all rental items are due the next business days else 10% of your total
amount will be charge each day items are late. 3-generations.com is not responsible for delivery, set up or
picking up any rentals unless is specify in the contract.
CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds or transfers on cancellations.
DELIVERY:
There is a delivery
fee charge depending on the distance. Our drivers will wait 10 minutes if
customer is not available, after 10 minutes additional charges will apply if
driver has to wait for customer. Our delivery fees are subject to change
without notice due to fuel price increase.
Customer
holds blameless 3-generations.com for any and all damages incurred during delivery,
installation, removal, and/or loading/unloading of all rentals and customer’s
vehicle, with/of equipment.
